What format should I use to submit my artwork?
For direct artwork uploads, we accept JPG, GIF, and PNG formats. However, for the best results, we strongly recommend submitting vector files (such as .AI or .CDR) or layered Photoshop files (.PSD). These formats offer superior scalability and editing flexibility, ensuring that your branding looks sharp and flawless in every detail!
Can I see a proof of my design before placing an order?
Yes, we provide a free proof within 24 hours after receiving your design. You can make revisions until you're completely satisfied with the final design before confirming your order.
Can I order my customized products in different sizes?
Yes! We offer a variety of sizes for our custom products. If you need a size that's not listed, simply contact us for a quote on a custom size.
What shipping carriers do you use?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
We will begin production once your order has been processed and the design proof is approved. If you need to modify or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
