FastCustomTents offers returns, refunds, and exchanges for faulty or damaged products only. As our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer error.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Our team will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund — depending on the nature of the issue. Final decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Returns Procedure for Faulty Items

To report a faulty or damaged item, email us at: support@fastcustomtents.com

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short video (if applicable)
• A brief description of the problem

If your return request is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days.

Damaged in Transit

If your item was damaged during transit, report it within 3 business days of delivery with the following:

• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the outer shipping box
• A photo of the shipping label

Claims submitted after this window may not qualify for compensation.

Refunds & Exchanges

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card). Processing may take 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Exchanges are only offered if the item is faulty and we determine a replacement is the best solution.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

All orders ship with signature required delivery. If you choose to waive this with the courier and your package is marked "delivered", FastCustomTents is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
