Ordering your custom tent from FastCustomTents.com is simple and transparent. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth custom ordering experience.


1. 🛍️ Choose Your Product

Browse our website and select the tent style, size, and optional accessories that best meet your needs.

Available options include:

  • Fully custom printed tents

  • Plain tents with logo placement

  • Optional accessories such as sidewalls, flag banners, and more

Product specifications and pricing are displayed on each product page before checkout.


2. 🎨 Submit Your Design

After placing your order, please email your logo or artwork to support@fastcustomtents.com, or include design instructions in your order notes.

If you do not have a finalized design, our in-house design team will assist with basic layout and file preparation at no additional cost.


3. 📧 Digital Mock-Up Approval

Within approximately 24 business hours after receiving your order details, we will email you a digital mock-up for review.

Please:

  • Review logo placement, colors, and dimensions

  • Confirm all design details

  • Reply with written approval before production begins

Production will only start after your approval is received.


4. 🏭 Production

Once the design mock-up is approved, your order enters production.

  • Estimated production time: 3–7 business days

  • Rush production may be available upon request

Please note that production timelines may vary depending on order complexity and quantity.


5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express.

  • Estimated shipping time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Most orders are delivered within 6–12 business days after payment and artwork approval (processing time + shipping time).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier-related delays. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Free standard shipping is available for orders shipped to the following countries and regions:

United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Ireland, Portugal, and Greece.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery routes. Remote areas or special destinations may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified in advance if any extra fees apply.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering for a custom shipping quote.


6. 📦 Order Tracking & Receipt

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor delivery status online until your order arrives.
