Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At FastCustomTents, every product is custom-made specifically for each customer. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our products.

Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-provided errors (such as artwork, sizing, or color choices approved prior to production).

However, we fully support returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive defective or damaged.


Reporting a Faulty or Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

Please include the following information to help us evaluate the issue quickly:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short video (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and determine the most appropriate solution in accordance with this policy, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.


Returns for Approved Claims

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of approval. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.


Damage During Transit

If your item appears damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery and provide:

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • A photo of the outer shipping carton

  • A photo of the shipping label

Timely reporting helps us file claims with the carrier. Claims submitted after this period may affect eligibility for compensation.


Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items when a replacement is determined to be the best solution.


Lost or Stolen Shipments

All orders are shipped with signature-required delivery by default.
If signature confirmation is waived at the customer’s request and the carrier marks the package as delivered, FastCustomTents cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
