What shipping carriers do you use?

Our main shipping carriers are UNIUNI, USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx.

For standard orders, the carrier is generally UNIUNI, USPS or UPS. For rush orders, the carrier is generally DHL or UPS.

If you would like to choose a specific shipping method, please contact us before order.

Can you help me with my custom design?

Definitely Yes! You're welcome to send us your own design or logo to support@fastcustomtents.com. We have a dedicated team of in-house graphic artists to help bring your ideas to reality.

Can I see a proof of my design before placing an order?

Yes, we provide a free proof within 24 hours after receiving your design. You can make revisions until you're completely satisfied with the final design before confirming your order.

How long does it take to receive my customized products?

Our typical turnaround time for customized products is 6-12 business days after you approve the design proof. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you’re in a hurry and need your order quick be sure to select our rush options. Contact us to make sure we can meet your deadline.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

We will begin production once your order has been processed and the design proof is approved. If you need to modify or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
